T25

I started T25 3 weeks ago. The first week was one of my most difficult weeks ever related to work but I pushed through and worked out every day! I felt great about myself and about being persistent. I love working up a sweat in 25 minutes!

Last week I let the excuses get in the way. I was tired and stressed and instead of working off my stress I slacked off. I'm currently not a part of a challenge group and I really feel like a group helps to hold me accountable! When I lack internal motivation it helps to have the external motivation. So I let my low motivation and excuses get in the way of 25 minutes of hard work. I planned to workout on Friday before we headed out of town for the weekend but things came up at work and I didn't get home as early as I wanted. I was pretty bummed on the car ride down but I realized that anything is better than nothing and even though it wasn't my best week,  I didn't just sit on my butt all week and do nothing.  Making big changes in your life takes hard work and you WILL have some setbacks!  What matters is if you let those setbacks define who you are or if you pick yourself up and get back to WORK!
